If you hold or wish to purchase an NFT from Omega Runner, your acquisition, use, and transfer of that NFT (and art linked to it) will be subject to and governed by the Omega Runner NFT License Terms and Conditions available here.  For the avoidance of doubt, Company does not control the blockchain protocol (“Protocol”) on which Omega Runner’s NFTs are tradable or useable and cannot control activity and data on the Protocol, the validation of transactions on the Protocol, or use of the Protocol
